2. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To upload or input false, misleading, or unverified clinical data into the Pharmoni Suite or 123Smile™ interfaces.

3. Clinical & Medical Disclaimer

Important: Pearly Whites Global Ltd is a technology provider, not a healthcare provider.

The information and analysis provided through our software, including AI-driven treatment planning (123Smile™), systemic tracking (Pharmoni), and simulation frameworks (PEARL™ Sims), are designed to assist healthcare professionals in their clinical decision-making process.

Our Services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions, patient care, and prescriptions remain the sole responsibility of the attending licensed healthcare professional. Patients utilizing our tracking applications should never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information provided by our Services.

Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Services. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
